CAROL PEASE
Carol Pease is in her 13th year of real estate practice, and is currently a Texas licensed real estate salesperson. Prior to entering real estate, she owned and operated her own accounting service. Carol served on a school board for 15 years. One of the most valuable skills she learned on the school board was negotiation. She was sent to a number of classes on negotiation, and was the lead board member for a number of successful union negotiations.
Over the years, Carol has been a consistent top producer, representing both sellers and buyers. Carol holds a number of professional designations, including the following:

Ernest “Ernie” Pease is also a Texas licensed salesperson, and assists Carol in the practice of real estate. Ernie holds the following professional designations:

Ernie is a graduate of Kansas State University and Washburn University School of Law. He practiced law for over 12 years in Kansas, and also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law. A significant portion of his practice was related to real estate, representation of lenders, a large regional management firm, and the then Farmer’s Home Administration. He also represented a large real estate brokerage that required all of its contracts to be individually drafted. Ernie is not a Texas lawyer, and does not currently practice law or render legal advice. After leaving the practice of law, Ernie went into corporate management in the funeral service industry. He also currently holds a Texas funeral director license.
